On Saturday January 16, thinklaw Founder/CEO Colin Seale was honored as the keynote speaker for the 34th annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Scholarship Banquet at the Gold Coast Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, NV. Colin used the key theme of a Dr. King’s historic 1966 speech to explain the importance of being a realist (rather than an extreme optimist or extreme pessimist) when considering questions of progress and race relations. Colin also shared a powerful personal story of his time as Student Body President of Syracuse University, and how it shaped his outlook on the world.
