We are thrilled to announce that IDEA San Benito Academy, part of the game-changing IDEA Public Schools network, is launching thinkLaw!

IDEA San Benito’s Principal, Patricia Noyola, saw thinkLaw Founder/CEO Colin Seale deliver his award-winning Shark Tank: One Day Challenge pitch live at Teach for America’s 25th Anniversary Summit in Washington, D.C.

Excited to see how thinkLaw can help her teachers incorporate critical thinking into daily instruction, she decided to implement it for her 5th graders. 5th grade teacher Hilda Salinas Briones believes that thinkLaw fits perfectly into her school’s shift to allowing students to do more of the heavy lifting in their learning process:

“My principal, Patricia Noyola is very passionate about doing best for our scholars. She believes in this program and has involved me to teach it to our 5th graders. I see her vision, and like her, I believe this program will be an asset for our school transformation.”

We are excited to be a part of IDEA San Benito’s continued success! IDEA San Benito is part of the network of IDEA Public Schools and is in the heart of the Rio Grande Valley, where they are doing an amazing job of closing the achievement gap for close to 700 students in grades K-5. In July of 2016, IDEA Public Schools was named America’s Best Charter School Network in the nation by the Eli and Edythe Broad Foundation.

thinkLaw is excited to work with IDEA San Benito as part of our vision to create a world where critical thinking is no longer a luxury good!
